LED lights usually include an LED array, and the LED controller is able to control the switches of various positions in the LED light circuit according to a preset program, so that the LED array emits light regularly, thereby displaying specific text or graphics. These LEDs are connected in series and should be driven by a constant current Power Supply. Because the brightness of each LED is determined by its current, the current must be strictly controlled during use to ensure the normal operation of the LED lamp.

The LED controller is the switch that controls each position in the LED light circuit through chip processing, which is mainly divided into the following types:


Low-voltage LED product high-power controller----generally designed voltage 12V-36V, each loop LED number 3-6 in series. The advantage is low voltage, simple structure and easy design; the disadvantage is: when the product scale is large, the current is large, and low voltage switching power supply is required.


High-voltage LED product controller----The design voltage is AC/DC 220V, and the number of LEDs in each loop is 36-48 in series. The current limiting method is divided into two types: resistance current limiting and resistor-capacitor series current limiting.


Low-voltage LED product serial controller-the characteristic of the serial controller is that it has a large number of control channels and uses serial signal transmission to achieve the purpose of control. Generally, the control of 512 units only requires 4 control connections.
