Wiring Method Of Externally Controlled LED Full-color Linear Lamp Controller

As LED full-color linear lights are used more and more widely, what worries everyone is its installation problems, especially the wiring of external control linear lights. If you want to connect to the LED controller, how do you wire it to the controller? Especially for the lamps with only three wires out of the full-color linear light, Shenghong Optoelectronics will share the wiring method of the light bar and the controller. First of all, there are 3 outgoing lines of the full-color linear lamp, which means that the lamp is connected in series with the signal TTL. The TTL signal lamps can have 4 wires and 3 wires. In order to save costs, some manufacturers now use 3 wires. We generally recommend making 4 wires, so that customers can install power wires and signal wires better.

The three wires of the led full-color linear light are red, blue, and yellow. Generally, red is Power Supply V+, blue is power supply V- and signal GND negative pole, and yellow is signal TAD. That is, the red is connected to the positive pole of the power supply, and the yellow is connected to the controller TAD. The blue wire is connected to the power supply V and the signal GND. The negative pole of the signal and the negative pole of the power supply share the same line. If we connect the blue wire to the negative pole of the power supply, we need to take a wire to connect the negative pole of the power supply to the negative pole of the LED controller. On the contrary, if you connect the blue wire to the GND of the controller, you naturally need to take a wire. The controller GND and the power supply V- are connected, which means the common negative pole. For easy installation, if the manufacturer makes a three-wire full-color linear lamp for you, you can ask him to install it with a three-way plug, so we can install it halfway. It's very simple, there is no need to connect an additional negative line in the middle.
