The second phase of the building
Landscape Lighting project along Yanjiang Avenue in Wuhan, the project is divided into three packages. The bidder can choose one or more packages to bid, and one package cannot be split again to be the winning bidder.
The first package: Wuhan Customs Building and Annex Building, Nisshin Bank, Provincial Investment Corporation;
The second package: Linjiang Hotel, Taoyuan Building, Changhai Hotel, Yinxin Film City;
The third package: Junan Building, Jiangjing Building, Wangjiaxiang Mall.
Bidding qualification:
1. Any contractor who has obtained a business license in the territory of the People's Republic of China and meets the qualification requirements stipulated in this bidding document may participate in the bidding of this project.
2. The bidder must have the financial, technical and installation capabilities required to perform the contract.
3. Bidders must have three or more qualifications for urban and road lighting engineering contracting, and the project manager has the qualifications of the corresponding professional level three or above.
4. If the goods and services provided by the bidder are not produced or owned by the bidder, they must be formally authorized by the manufacturer of the goods and the owner of the technical service.
5. The bidder must provide the original letter of credit issued by the bank.
6. There is a long-term fixed construction maintenance team and after-sales service organization in Wuhan.
7. The performance of the performance is good, and there is no record of arbitration, litigation and administrative investigation, and administrative punishment caused by the bidder's reasons.
The bidding documents are priced at RMB 300/set, and the tenders are not refundable after they are sold.
